M-real investeşte 7 milioane € într-o nouă maşină de bobinat la fabrica sa din Kirnniemi, Finlanda, pentru a respecta standardele de calitate din ce în ce mai exigente şi necesitatea unei eficienţe a producţiei mai ridicate stabilite de noile prese de tipărit HSWO. Noua maşină de bobinat va fi instalată pe linia 1 a maşinii hârtie PM1 pe care se produce hartia de revista Galerie Lite şi  reprezintă cea mai nouă tehnologie în domeniul bobinării.

La medida destaca el compromiso de la empresa con la sostenibilidad y complementa las importantes decisiones internas adoptadas en la década pasada para reducir la cantidad de desperdicios y el peso en la producción de cartón.

Dieser Schritt unterstreich die Verpflichtung des Unternehmens zur Nachhaltigkeit und ergänzt die wichtigen internen Maßnahmen, die es in den letzten zehn Jahren bei der Kartonherstellung durchgeführt hat, um das Gewicht der Produkte und damit auch den Abfall zu reduzieren.

Le liner Kemiart Ultra est le dernier en date dans la gamme des papiers kraft liner blancs couchés (white top) de haute performance. Selon les clients de M-real, le liner Kemiart Ultra permet la post impression flexo sans sécheur et sans perte d’efficacité à la production. Il a été possible, en fonction des presses utilisées, d’atteindre des vitesses d’impression de 6 000 à 15 000 feuilles l’heure avec découpe en ligne.

Kemiart Ultra è l’introduzione più recente nella gamma di kraftliner Kemiart patinati bianchi, dalle alte prestazioni. Il feedback dei clienti di M-real mostra che Kemiart Ultra può essere post-stampato senza bisogno di utilizzare un mpianto di asciugatura e senza che vi siano cali nell'efficienza della produzione. A seconda dell’attrezzatura usata, sono state ottenute velocità di stampa comprese tra 6.000 e 15.000 fogli all’ora con fustellatura in linea.

Kemiart Ultra ist das jüngste Mitglied der Kemiart Liners Produktfamilie, qualitativ hochwertige, gestrichene Kraftliner mit weißer Deckschicht. Feedback von M-real-Kunden bestätigt, dass Kemiart Ultra im Postprint-Verfahren ohne Trocknungseinrichtung verarbeitet werden kann, ohne bei der Produktivität Kompromisse einzugehen. Bei Druckmaschinen mit Inline-Stanzung sind je nach Art der Anlage Druckgeschwindigkeiten von 6 000 bis 15 000 Bögen pro Stunde erzielt worden.

Kemiart Ultra has been the latest addition to Kemiart Liners’ range of high-performance coated white-top kraftliners. Feedback from M-real customers shows that Kemiart Ultra can be postprinted without drying equipment and no loss of efficiency in production. Depending on the press equipment, printing speeds from 6,000 to 15,000 sheets per hour have been achieved with in-line die cutting.
