/INS.  Textron Aviation  today announced an agreement with ATP Flight School for the purchase of 40  Cessna Skyhawk  aircraft. The piston aircraft will add to ATP’s existing  fleet  of nearly 200 Skyhawks, positioned across  82 training centers nationwide .

/INS.  GKN Aerospace, the renowned aerospace technology leader, and Materialise, a global pioneer in 3D printing solutions and services, have announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) aimed at advancing the research, design, and production of polymer additively manufactured (AM) parts for the aviation industry. The LOI was signed at the Paris Air Show and represents an extension of their successful collaboration.  Materialise has been a supplier of polymer AM to GKN Aerospace since 2015, and supported the delivery of the additively manufactured wingtip for Eviation’s Alice, the world's largest all-electric aircraft, which made its maiden flight in 2022.

/INS.  ACCIONA and Amazon today announced an expansion of their current Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), from the existing 641 megawatts (MW) to 833MW. The additional 192MW will help Amazon stay on a path to powering its operations with 100% renewable energy by 2025–five years ahead of its original 2030 commitment–and reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. 

/INS   OSLO, NO – WATERLOO, BE – BASF and Yara Clean Ammonia are collaborating on a joint study to develop and construct a world-scale low-carbon blue ammonia production facility with carbon capture in the U.S. Gulf Coast region. The companies are looking into the feasibility of a plant with a total capacity of 1.2 to 1.4 million tons p.a. to serve the growing global demand for low-carbon ammonia.
