Iggesund’s mills receives the highest sustainability rating from EcoVadis

/ins Iggesund Paperboard’s both mills – in Iggesund, Sweden, and Workington, England - have been awarded the highest rating for sustainability in an evaluation done by the EcoVadis firm of analysts. EcoVadis provides the leading system for assessing and marking the suppliers of global companies and has evaluated more than 25,000 suppliers. Companies using EcoVadis include Coca Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, L’Oréal and Heineken.

The manufacturer, Iggesund Paperboard, is part of the Holmen forest industry group and is at the forefront of sustainability. Finnish company K.Hartwall wins development project for new parcel roll container for the UK market

/ins . A postal roll container developed by Finnish company K.Hartwall Oy Ab has won the four-year-long product development tender launched by a UK parcel operator. The first phase of the project, which includes the adoption of K.Hartwall’s new parcel roll container by one of Europe’s largest logistics markets, is valued at more than EUR 18 million. The new roll container will be developed and series production will take place at K.Hartwall’s factory in Sipoo, east of Helsinki.
