The world's most advanced continuous production line for all concrete elements needed to build a house frame. This is how Finnish Acotec Ltd. describes its new universal prefabrication system, called Acotec Combi. The unit offers the entire functionality of the company's previous three lines. Thus, it can produce both non-reinforced and statically reinforced wall elements and slabs with a production speed up to 80 m2/h.

Many applications
Basically, the prefabrication line is designed for the production of standard low cost walls and lightweight, hollow core partition walls. After conversion, it can also produce statically reinforced load bearing walls and conventional, non pre-stressed reinforced, hollow core slabs. In addition, the concrete elements can be used for the production of fences, sound barriers and landscaping products.
The area requirements for a complete production line is 1,600 square meters. The equipment is said to cause only low noise and vibration levels and to allow operation by only three to four workers.
The machinery is designed according to standards laid down by the EU machine directive and is CE-marked.
