Merged consultants offer
more competitive services

The Finnish consulting companies Synton Oy and Ramse Consulting Oy, specialised in industrial maintenance and operations management respectively, have merged to become Ramse-Synton Oy. The main objective of the merger is to offer the market a more competitive overall service than the previous companies could do separately.

The new company will be better placed to offer their customers a more extensive service package, starting from preliminary technical surveys through practical implementation of projects to operational follow-up. Consulting services include operations management, safety and reliability aspects, maintenance, information management, and the development of business activities.
Ramse-Synton Oy,has through the fusion become a leader in the field in the Nordic countries and on major world markets, directs its activities towards both client groups in Finland as well as towards clients in selected business areas worldwide, such as the pulp and paper industry, power production and distribution, and large-scale industrial processes.
The new company is owned by the Finnish Savcor Group (40 %), the Jaakko Pöyry Group (40 %) and personnel (20 %). The company’s headquarters are located in Vantaa, Finland.
