Turning mobiles into desk-based phones

With the new Benefon Office Set, the mobile phone user can quickly turn a Benefon Delta or Sigma mobile phone into an advanced office phone with many extra features.

The mobile phones simply clips into the Office Set, providing a secure electrical connection. A light handset allows the mobile to be used just like a conventional office telephone. It also brings the hands-free function of the carphone into the office, allowing the user to carry out other tasks while speaking. A high quality speaker and microphone are built in to provide crisp and clear sound reception and to avoid any background noise. The mobile phone’s battery or a spare battery pack can be charged in one hour.
The system further enhances the communication capabilities of the mobile phone with the inclusion of a powerful antenna which improves reception. An externally mounted antenna can also be connected if indoor coverage is not adequate.
The Office Set is particularly useful in areas where land lines are scarce.
Through the incorporated branching unit and a Line Interface, the Office Set can be connected to normal telephone lines, fax machines, computers and other telecommunication equipment. Benefon Line Interface is an accessory for Benefon mobile phones./ins
