High-end performance in a small, lightweight machine that is easy to use and inexpensive to run. This, says the manufacturers AB Ph. Nederman & Co, will make their new machine, the P300, a success in many markets.

AB Ph. Nederman & Co are now launching the P300, a new lightweight powerful model of the high vacuum unit, designed for mobile usage. It improves all work when cleaning, grinding, or welding.
"This new machine combines strength and low weight. It weighs only 36 kg, but the suction power is comparable to that of a unit weighing twice as much," says Bo Jonsson, Business Area Manager. "The same power, but half the weight."
The P300 is said to be excellent to use for cleaning floors, workbenches, and tools, as well as for extracting welding fumes. The P300 has been shown to filter almost 100 percent of all dust particles and is especially suited for use with environmentally damaging dust.
The machine has a single phase feed and can be powered from a normal electrical wall plug. The high suction ability is

created using two motors. It also starts and stops automatically, reducing both noise and energy consumption.

Larger dust particles are separated into a plastic container. Smaller particles are then filtered by a fine filter, whilst the very smallest particles are removed by a micro filter with a 99.997% separation result. The cleaned exhaust air is essentially particle-free.
"This filtration-based cleaning system is unique. Normally, one only finds such solutions in larger and stationary machines," says Jonsson.
The micro filter is easily cleaned using a simple hand action causing the dust particles to fall down into a container, which is then easily changed. The micro filter provides many thousands of hours of use making the P300 inexpensive to run.

The launch is in line with the company's business goal to remove all workplace pollutants at source.
