/INS. Viessmann has launched two highly energy-efficient remote multidecks on the market, open multideck e-Ventus and e-Novus, multideck with doors. Energy efficiency has been taken to a completely new level with a breakthrough innovation, the e-ncore technology (patent pending).

The e-ncore technology includes a revolutionary air curtain solution based on research made in aerodynamics and fluid dynamics. The air curtain is formed by a skewed parabolic initial velocity profile. The turbulence is extremely low at the starting point which minimises the ambient air entrainment and lowers the extraction capacity. e-ncore surpasses all the existing single- and double-air curtain solutions on the market.

When e-ncore technology is combined with an optimised evaporator and fan design, a next-generation night curtain or double glass doors and a mix of other energy efficiency features, energy consumption can be reduced by 50% with e-Ventus and 35% with e-Novus compared to average multidecks on the market. Laboratory tests and the first installations have shown that the new Viessmann multidecks are currently in a class of their own when it comes to energy consumption and temperature performance.
