Enfinium was formed in early June 2021 and is one of the major EfW focused companies in the UK, comprising the businesses of Wheelabrator and Mutlifuel Energy Ltd in the UK following an acquisition by the European Diversified Infrastructure Fund III, a fund managed by First Sentier Investors (FSI) (formally known as First State Investments) in early 2021.
