Hydraulic and pneumatic valves and fittings
for applications up to 150,000 psi, 10,340 bar

A range of high pressure valves, fittings and tubing, offered by Haskel International Inc., is described in a new, detailed catalog. The valves and fittings are applicable to a wide range of processes in the oil and gas, petrochemical, aerospace, metallurgical and other industries which utilize high pressure liquids and gases.
By adding stuffing boxes and heat dissipating fins, some valves can be used in cryogenic, or high temperature conditions up to 538 C.

The company reports that its products incorporate expertise accumulated over 50 years in the development and manufacture of high pressure pumps, gas boosters and air amplifiers.
Among the many items included in the catalog are air operated valves, metering and shut-off valves; ball and needle valves; together with many different types of tubing and fittings. The various components are available in a range of materials, including alloy steel, monel, titanium, stainless steel and hastelloy, with rating from 5000 (psi), 345 bar; up to 150,000(psi), 10,340 bar.
The catalog also describes specialized tools and manually operated pressure generators, which are designed to simplify site assembly and testing of high pressure systems. The company carries an inventory of products to provide rapid response to customer's orders, and lists product information on the Internet.
Haskel International is located in Burbank, California, USA, and has a second manufacturing plant in Sunderland, England. It distributes and supports its products via subsidiaries and company offices in Australia, Germany and France, and through other distributors world wide. The company also manufactures air driven, high pressure pumps; gas boosters; air pressure amplifiers; and systems for a variety of media at high pressure. Their ISO 9000
program is expected to achieve registration in the near future./ins
